Proven Durability: Luxen 630W N-Typ Panels Pass Dynamic Mechanical Load Test

Luxen solar panels securely packed in protective boxes, wrapped for safe transportation.

The  Dynamic Mechanical Load Test  assessed the structural and electrical integrity of the  N-Type 630 double glass photovoltaic module  under mechanical stress. The goal was to validate its  long-term reliability and durability  in real-world environmental conditions.

The test applied 1,000 Pa alternating pressure for 1,000 cycles on a 2.80 m² module with 132 mono-crystalline silicon cells , following the IEC 61215-2:2021 standard . This process simulates repetitive mechanical loading to ensure the module frame, glass, and encapsulation can withstand material stress.

Despite repeated dynamic mechanical load stress, the module maintained stable electrical output and efficiency . It showed no performance degradation, no loss in power output or insulation resistance, and no visible damage or micro-cracks . The module also met all pre- and post-test leakage current requirements .

This test proves that  Luxen’s solar panels  are built for  safe and efficient operation over 25–30 years . They can withstand  wind loads, snow accumulation, transportation stress, and other mechanical forces  that could cause damage over time.

Stay tuned!  At Luxen, we continuously  upgrade and rigorously test  our products to meet the highest standards of  quality, durability, and performance
